Benefits for Orphans

Fixed monthly benefits

Automatic payment for each orphan:

• Orphans over the age of 21 and under 30 receive a monthly benefit of 3,651.92  ₪.

• Orphans aged 30 to 40 receive a monthly benefit of 2,000  ₪.

Grant for orphans

The total grant amount is 50,000  ₪, and it will be paid in one of the two following tracks (according to age on the day of publication of the law, February 1, 2026):

First category: Orphans aged 40 to 60

The grant is divided into two installments:

1. First installment: 25,000  ₪ – immediate grant (to be paid by May 1, 2026).

2. Second installment: additional 25,000  ₪ – upon reaching age 60.

Second category: Orphans aged 60 and older

Single payment only: a one-time grant of 50,000  ₪ (to be paid by May 1, 2026).

Note: Eligibility is limited to one category only. If an orphan receives the grant in the track for orphans aged 60 or older, he or she will not be eligible for additional payments.
