The session will take place at the "Vardi Judo Club" and will be led by coaches Eran, Dor and Idan Vardi, who will guide us with great sensitivity, drawing on their extensive experience working with children and youth. What awaits us in the session? On the mat (for children) - An experiential judo training session to release energy and gain tools to strengthen physical and emotional resilience. Shared connection (parent and child) - The second part involves a joint and bonding training experience for mothers and children on the mat. Judo dialogue from the heart - A discussion and summary session based on the principles of judo we practiced. We will talk about the life lessons the mat offers us - how to fall and rise, how to find balance, and how to create a safe space together to face challenges. Sweet ending - Light refreshments and a cozy time for hugs and sharing experiences.
