What can you receive?
A widow or widower with children (only the fallen's children) is eligible for a grant for funding extracurricular activities and tuition:
Students in grades 1-6 - grant of 2,153 ₪.
Students in grades 7-10 - grant of 2,538 ₪.
11th-12th grade students - grant of 3,448 ₪.
How to apply?
The grant is provided automatically through the August monthly benefit.
For your attentionA widow or widower recognized after the month of August will receive a proportional part of the grant from the month of recognition until the end of the school year. No application needs to be submitted in this case.
