Leave of Absence on Memorial Day

According to the "Memorial Day Law, 1963", relatives of fallen defesne and security forces are entitled to a leave of absence on Memorial Day.

For this purpose, an employee absent from work will be considered as if he or she worked.

In this section, "relative" means: parents, grandparents, spouse, sons, daughters, brothers and sisters.
