What is emotional support intervention?

Mind-body treatment through structured activities. Emotional support intervention was formed with the understanding that mental resilience can be established through the body, nature and creation - not just through therapeutic conversations. It does not replace therapy, but completes it or offers a different path for those it suits.

 
Mental health assistance in emergencies

If you need immediate emotional support, assistance is available 24/7:

  • Contact the nearest emergency psychiatric clinic

What can you receive?

Personal therapy session, once a week, up to 162 sessions in total for each family member.

We can assist in funding the following interventions:

How to apply?

 Reimbursement can be received through the benefits slip - up to 290 ₪ per therapy hour, excluding VAT.
To receive reimbursement, please submit original receipts through your account, including:

  • When submitting a first application, you must complete and submit an eligibility declaration form.

  • The name of the therapy recipient.

  • I.D. number.

  • Session dates.

  • Payment method.

  • Type of intervention.

  • Details of the professional/therapist who provided the service - name, licensed dealer number or company registration number.

If necessary, we will contact you and request additional documents to review the application.

What happens after you apply?

We will respond within 25 business days from the receipt of all required documents. If there is any delay, we will make sure to inform you.
