Medical aids and instruments
Absorbent products assist in cases of incontinence. They help maintain hygiene and improve daily quality of life.
What can you receive?
Monthly supply of absorbent products delivered directly to your home.
The supply is provided by Chemitec, with which the Ministry of Defense has a service agreement.
You can choose the products that suit you from the variety offered by the company, up to the monthly allowance set by the department.

In cases of a second loss
A double product allowance will be provided.
How to apply?
Log in to your account and submit:
- Medical certificate
Indicating the need for absorbent products (only for the first application). - Confidentiality waiver form
Fill in your details and sign the form.
If necessary, we will contact you and request additional documents to review your application.
What happens after you submit the application?
We will respond within 14 business days from the receipt of all required documents. If there is any delay, we will make sure to inform you.
After eligibility is approved, Chemitec representatives will contact you to place the order of the selected products and schedule the monthly delivery.
What can you receive?
One-time participation in the purchase or lease of a wig, up to the amount of 1,146 ₪Last updated on 1.1.2026.
The assistance is provided as a supplement to funding offered by the Ministry of Health, the HMO, and supplementary insurance.
The assistance will be granted up to the maximum amount stipulated by law and will not exceed the cost of the instrument.
You should know: You can also acquire or lease medical instruments through the aid organizations "Yad Sarah" and "Ezer MiZion".
How to apply?
After acquiring or leasing the medical instrument, log in to your account and submit:
- Personal application letter
The letter should include personal details, information about the application, and contact details. - Medical certificate
Certificate by a physician regarding the need for the instrument (only for the first application). - Certificate of participation by other entities
Certificate by the Ministry of Health, HMO, or supplementary insurance regarding their participation amount. - Original invoice or receipt
In your name. If the receipt is required for additional funding, you may submit a certified copy.
If necessary, we will contact you and request additional documents to review the application.
What happens after you submit the application?
We will respond within 14 business days from the receipt of all required documents. If there is any delay, we will make sure to inform you.
After eligibility is approved, the reimbursement will be transferred via the monthly benefits slip.
What can you receive?
Participation in the purchase or lease of a breast prosthesis up to the amount of 217 ₪Last updated on 1.1.2026. Assistance can be received once every three years.
The assistance is provided as a supplement to funding from the Ministry of Health, the HMO, and supplementary insurance.
