Visiting the Fallen's Grave in Israel
A family that has resided abroad for at least one year, of which 183 consecutive days, is eligible for assistance in financing a visit to the fallen's grave in Israel
What can you receive?
Airline tickets
Fully funded if purchased by the Israeli representative. If you decide to purchase independently, you can receive a reimbursement, in accordance with the fixed rate in the country of residence.Transportation

6 nights in a hotel on a half-board basis, if booked through the Israeli representative. If booked independently, you can receive a reimbursement of up to 691.23 ₪Last updated on 1.1.2026 per night, depending on the cost.Daily expenses
For the entire visit, according to the fixed amount - 565 ₪Last updated on 1.1.2026 for the entire stay.
Additionally, the family can arrange a visit to the National Memorial Hall and a meeting with their social worker in the country.
How often can you receive reimbursement?
Families who have lost more than one of their loved ones will receive assistance for each fallen individual.
How to apply?
Fill out the application form for a memorial visit and submit it to the Israeli representative closest to the place of residence.
After the visit, please submit the receipts for the hotel, transportation, and airline tickets to the Israeli representative closest to the place of residence.
To update your personal details, please complete the form for updating changes in marital status, residential address, phone number, or bank account details, and then notify us by phone or email.
