If the residence of the siblings or orphans is far from that of the parents or widow and from the cemetery, separate transportation can be arranged for the siblings and orphans, with prior coordination with the department.

Guardians of orphans

Assistance is provided to guardians only when they accompany the orphan from the same pick-up point. The assistance is intended for orphans, and the guardian is eligible only as the adult caring for the minor. Eligibility continues until the orphan turns 18.

How to apply?

  • For a private memorial service - transportation to the cemetery must be coordinated in advance with the call center. A few days are required to get approval from all necessary parties.

  • On Memorial Day - check the reimbursement rate (equivalent to the Ministry of Transport's rate) before Memorial Day, then order a taxi for you. After Memorial Day, you can contact us by phone to receive the reimbursement.
