What can you receive?
If you have moved to an assisted living facility or an independent living department in a retirement home, we can provide you with a one-time grant of up to 43,382 ₪Last updated on 1.1.2026.
The assistance is provided to cover entrance fees or the deposit. Payments of monthly maintenance fees will be your responsibility.
You should know- The assistance is provided only if there is a nursing department at the institution.
- The assistance is not intended for purchasing a housing unit to be registered as property under your name and ownership.
- The assistance is not related to your income, and we will continue to provide you with monthly benefits and services as usual.
How to apply?
For the review of the application, please submit through your account:
Confirmation of payment of entrance fees to an assisted living facility or a retirement home as a deposit.
Contract with the assisted living facility or retirement home.
Confirmation of actual entry into the assisted living facility or retirement home.
Original receipt for the actual payment.
If necessary, we will contact you and request additional documents to review the application.
What happens after you apply?
- We will respond within 14 business days from the receipt of all required documents. If there is any delay, we will make sure to inform you.
- After eligibility is approved, the reimbursement will be transferred via the monthly benefits slip.
