What is fertility treatment funding?
As part of the eligibility, you can receive assistance in funding fertility treatments and surrogacy processes in Israel or abroad.
What can you receive?
Financial assistance up to 28,562 ₪Last updated on 1.2.2026, after utilizing your eligibility with your HMO and supplementary insurance.
Orphans will be able to receive assistance starting at the age of 21.
Bereaved parents experiencing a second loss can receive a 200% reimbursement, with no limit on the number of treatments.
How to apply?
To receive reimbursement, submit through your account:
Certificate by a specialist physician
A document indicating the nature of the treatments.Certificate by the HMO and supplementary insurance regarding their participation
Before submitting an application to exercise eligibility, you must utilize the rights with all other funding sources and attach a declaration form indicating whether or not payment was received from them.Receipt or tax invoice
You must attach an original receipt or tax invoice in your name, or a certified copy in cases where the original receipt was submitted to the supplementary insurance.Personal letter of application
The letter of application should include: personal details of the applicant, the subject of the application, and contact details.For surrogacy processes
You must attach a contract with a surrogacy agency supervised by the Ministry of Health.
If necessary, we will contact you and request additional documents.
What happens after you apply?
- We will respond within 23 business days from the receipt of all required documents. If there is any delay, we will make sure to inform you.
- After eligibility is approved, the reimbursement will be transferred via the monthly benefits slip.
